  • What types of waxes are typically used in handcrafted candles?
The most commonly used handcrafted candle waxes are paraffin, beeswax, soy wax, palm wax, and gels. Different blends of those waxes are famous with many manufacturers.
  • What chemical reactions occur while burning candles?
When you light a mini candle, the heat of the flame melts the wax close to the wick. This melted, or liquid wax is then drawn up into the wick by using capillary movement. The flame's warmness vaporizes the liquid wax to provide water vapor and carbon dioxide.
  • What perfume oils are you using in the Soy Wax candles?
Candleverse uses Premium Fragrance Oils in soy candles that are non-poisonous, vegan, and cruelty-free.
  • How long should you burn a candle?
You need to not burn your soy wax candles for longer than 4 hours at a time. This will reduce the risk of black soot coming off the flame and could reduce black residue being left around the rim of the jar. It is important that the initial burn be 4 hours to permit time for the wax to soften to the edges of the jar/tin. This then creates a candle memory, which means when you burn the candle for a 2nd time and onwards, there must not be any tunneling.
  • Why have glasshouse triple scented candles turned different colors?
The raw materials that make up the fragrance oils can create a variance in color. In some cases, the same perfume can vary from batch to batch. This is because of the raw cloth, especially the extra naturally derived substances. If your candle has been modified to an off white/yellow kind color, this may not affect the glasshouse triple scented candles performance at all.
  • How do reed diffusers work?
There are three main components to a reed diffuser – a vessel, hard and fast reeds, and the oil. The reeds are porous with microscopic channels that soak up the oil and push it as much as the top of the stick. Once it gets to the stop the scent is emitted, developing a lovely atmosphere so that you can relax. And when you visit a mattress you don't want to fear blowing them out or switching the power off. Reed diffusers are a no flame no plug-in opportunity, you honestly add the reeds to the fragrance oil and the rest takes care of itself.
  • How does Reed diffusers last
Glasshouse reed diffusers are a great way to feature a calming fragrance in any room. However, how long the fragrance lasts depends on the quality of the oils and reeds used. Many low-quality oils will regularly lose their scent after only a few weeks. At Candleverse, we only use oils and reeds of the best well-known to ensure a long-lasting fragrance of 4-6 months.
  • How long do mini candles burn?
The box size affects how long a glasshouse mini candle will burn. Large candles over 12 oz. will burn around 5 to 8 hours per ounce. Smaller candles under 12 oz will burn around 4 to 7 hours per ounce.
  • Are soy candles more secure than wax?
When burned, soy wax candles emit considerably much less soot and dangerous chemicals like toluene and benzene. This reduction in indoor air pollution makes soy wax candles a healthier desire, mainly for those with allergies, bronchial asthma, or sensitivities to air quality.
  • Are All Soy Wax Candles the Same?
No, not all soy candles are the same. Some candle manufacturers mark their candles as "soy candles" by just using 51% soy wax and 49% chemical wax blends. Not most effective they use different waxes but in addition they include metallic center wicks in conjunction with chemical fragrance oils, whereas a pure natural soy candle is meant to have a 100% soy wax and natural crucial oils.
  • How do I understand which candle is right among the most popular candles?
Each of our popular specialty candles is precise in scent and fashion. We advise choosing based on the mood or ecosystem you want to create—floral and citrus scents are uplifting, whilst woody or natural blends are calming.
  • What does “triple scented” mean, and are they more potent than ordinary candles?

At Candleverse, our triple-scented candles are designed to fill your room with a long-lasting perfume that lingers even after the candle is extinguished—ideal for people who love bold, immersive scent studies.
